CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO EDIT AND DOWN SIZE PHOTO TO MEET THE POSTING REQUIREMENT ON THIS SITE, THANKYOU IT IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED... I HAVE NICE PICS I WANT TO POST FOR ALL TO SEE.... IT'S SAYING MY PICS ARE OVER THE 150-200 KILOBYTES ALLOWABLE NEED TO MAKE THEM SMALLER...

1.OPEN THE PHOTO IN PAINT SHOP
2.CLICK ON "IMAGE"
3.CLICK ON "RESIZE/SCEW"
4. ADJUST PHOTO PERCENTAGES ACCORDINGLY

you could also click file - save as - create a jpg photo from the other one - delete the other one and use the jpg photo, its smaller

do not delete the original, it will have the better resolution of the two. always work off of copies of the original....
