Trading pic, when I receive them it is not allowing me to save them as jpeg, only have 2 options ART and BITMAP and I dont have a clue what they are. Any suggestions of finding what happened to my jpeg options.....Thanks
Try
1.upload picture
2- press back boton
3- press forward boton
4- Save image
Tried that for some reason I that does not work, there seems to be nothing working. Thank you Madurita any other suggestion.
Hey Latin, Thank you for the note, I have tried everything, Called up My provider they took me thru some steps to clear the matter but the problem still remains. I got some pic in my email wanted to save them and only have 2 options ART and BITMAP. They told me reinstall this do that. All I did and nothing seems to work

There is a way to set a viewer for a certain file type, but it is fairly complicated if you aren't an advanced user. It sounds as if none of your viewers are set for jpg.

if you receive the picture it should already be in a format . all you then do is save the file(picture). if u wish to change the format of the picture you must have a program that does that. the orginal save when someone sends u a picture is predetermined by the sender.
get a program like vueprint, irfanview even photoshop that will change the format from BMP to JPG or TIFF or what ever u wish
